A leading water services provider is seeking a Senior Product Owner to guide key digital products supporting operations and customer services. This hybrid role includes managing product roadmaps, leading a team, and ensuring stakeholder alignment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product ownership and agile practices, with a salary range of £75,000 to £90,000 based on experience. We’re looking for a Senior Product Owner to take ownership of key digital products that support Thames Water’s operational and customer services. This role is central to shaping product strategy, setting priorities, and ensuring delivery of outcomes that make a measurable impact. As Senior Product Owner, you’ll lead a team of Product Owners and Business Analysts, manage the product roadmap, and act as the link between business needs and technical delivery. You’ll be responsible for aligning stakeholders, managing risks and dependencies, and making informed trade-off decisions. You’ll also play a senior leadership role, accountable for high-value programmes across platforms such as Salesforce Service Cloud, Field Service and Workforce Management, as well as contributing to multi-million dollar AMP9 Digital Transformation programmes.
