You will have responsibility for work that supports changes currently being made through the introduction of our new Tech Platform.

This role has significant relationships and responsibilities outside the local team, including working with Product Management, End Users, Business Owners, and other key stakeholders.

As a Senior Product Owner, typical duties would include (but not be limited to):

  2. Understand the market, customer, product EOL (end of life), product technology, and roadmap. Build the associated change into the delivery plan.
  3. Identify, define, and prioritise enablers (includes negotiation and agreement in team, RTEs, and business).
  4. Support key stakeholders with the provision of new change to drive value based on data, research, and feasibility.
  5. Actively challenge and influence the Product Roadmap with the Product Manager to ensure we are delivering the right solutions at the right time.
  6. Own and maintain the Product Backlog, which may span across multiple teams, ensuring that it is well refined and prioritised for maximum value delivery in line with the train priorities/ the Product Roadmap.
Qualifications
  • Ability to influence stakeholders
  • Experience working within a Financial Services business (preferred but not essential)
  • Demonstrable analytical skills
  • Ability to work happily within both 'traditional' /Waterfall and Agile methodologies
Our interview process:
