Qualifications

• Proven experience leading product portfolios, transformation programmes or digital initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement at Director and Executive levels.
• Experience in complex operational environments (transport, logistics, retail, utilities, manufacturing).

Responsibilities

• Own product portfolio strategy, roadmap and investment priorities.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across product, change, data and technology.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver high-value transformation initiatives.
