Proton supports over 100 million users with a team of over 500 from more than 50 countries. We value intelligence, potential, and ambition. Adaptability is key as we navigate new territories. We believe small, talented teams outperform larger, less skilled ones. Proton is profitable and has scaled without VC funding, thanks to our talented team enabling us to work faster and more creatively.

We maintain a global mindset and ambitious goals while remaining a start-up at heart. We value empowerment, flexibility, and a flat structure to move swiftly and avoid politics. Tired of blending in? Join us and do work you can be proud of. Check our social media pages to learn more about us.
