Senior Product Marketing Manager – Ads Targeting | UK Remote | £110K–£120K PAYE | Inside IR35 | 11-Month Contract
Looking for a strategic Product Marketer who knows their way around a go-to-market plan, can size up a market with confidence, and has a handle on how ads products actually work.

We’re hiring on behalf of a global tech client (you know the one) for a senior-level PMM to join their Ads monetisation team. You’ll work on products used by millions—partnering closely with Product, Eng, DS and Design to drive research, market sizing, testing, and launch.

This isn’t a brand or comms role—it’s product-focused, data-heavy, and strategic.

What you'll be doing:
  • Conducting advertiser research and market sizing to influence product direction
  • Running product tests to validate fit and performance
  • Leading go-to-market strategy and activation in partnership with cross-functional teams
  • Shaping positioning and value propositions for a global audience
  • Feeding insights back into the product to inform the roadmap and growth

What we’re looking for:
  • Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional projects in a tech environment
  • Strong GTM strategy and market analysis background
  • Experience working on advertising or targeting products is a major plus
  • Commercial mindset, client-facing confidence, and hands-on execution ability
