Are you an experienced Product Marketing Manager ready to shape the strategy behind a globally used consumer tech product?

A fast-growing digital audio company is looking for a talented and strategic Product Marketing Manager to help drive product adoption, retention, and growth across a suite of audio-focused tools used by millions.

The opportunity:

As Product Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for leading product marketing initiatives from positioning and messaging to user education and campaign execution. You’ll collaborate across teams to shape how users engage with products, focusing on onboarding, retention, and user satisfaction. This is a highly strategic and hands-on role with direct influence on roadmap direction and company growth.

What you'll be doing:

  • Defining and refining product positioning to ensure a strong market presence
  • Building and executing go-to-market strategies for product launches and feature updates
  • Leading user education and adoption efforts to enhance engagement and retention
  • Analysing market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and product direction
  • Partnering with design, product, and growth teams to ensure aligned messaging and a seamless user journey
  • Creating and managing marketing campaigns focused on acquisition, retention, and monetisation
  • Using data to forecast and measure the impact of initiatives on business performance
  • Helping shape the product roadmap by identifying user needs and opportunities

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in product marketing, ideally within tech, audio, or gaming sectors
  • Deep understanding of go-to-market strategies, user acquisition, and product-led growth
  • Ability to conduct market and user research to shape positioning and messaging
  • Strong communication and copywriting skills with a test-and-learn mindset
  • Experience working with cross-functional product teams in fast-paced environments
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution
  • A passion for solving problems and delivering great user experiences
  • Fluency in English (minimum B2, ideally C1+)
