Product Marketing Manager

Depop's Product Marketing team connects our product magic with the needs of current and future audiences. This role leads the discovery and go-to-market strategies for new features and propositions. Sitting at the intersection of product and marketing, the team ensures that our features are positioned and rolled out effectively to meet community needs.

This Senior Product Marketing Manager will focus on our key markets (US, UK, Australia), supporting Seller-focused squads to roll out new products and features that simplify listing, selling, and growing businesses on Depop. If you're passionate about solving customer problems, collaborating across teams, and delivering exciting products, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new seller features, collaborating with Product, Design, User Research, Insights, CX, and Marketing teams.
  2. Partner with Product to inform the product roadmap through research plans that uncover customer insights and monitor the competitive landscape.
  3. Work with Marketing to amplify product storytelling and integrate marketing into larger campaigns and activations.
  4. Manage the end-to-end go-to-market process, including audience targeting, value proposition development, narrative creation, and campaign delivery.
  5. Create clear positioning and messaging that resonates with different audience segments.
  6. Identify opportunities to grow and differentiate Depop by connecting market, product, and audience insights.
  7. Ensure messaging consistency across all channels (in-app, web, CRM, customer service) for a seamless customer experience.
  8. Implement strategies to improve customer sentiment and increase positive reviews on and off the platform.
