Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is transforming Sustainable Investment data platforms, delivering end-to-end data products from onboarding new sources to migration and ongoing optimization.

We seek a hands-on Senior Product Manager to define roadmaps, collaborate with engineering and operations, and ensure high-quality, compliant data products for global clients.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of relevant work experience in data product ownership / technology / business analysis / operations / application delivery in banking or financial domain.
  • Exposure to commercial product and operations teams in the financial industry, ideally linked to Indexing/Funds.
  • Experience with Sustainable data vendors and products (i.e. ESG indicators and scores, climate, carbon emissions, green revenues).
  • Proven ability to take new data sources from discovery to production (source evaluation, data mapping, ingestion patterns, validation rules, change management, and operational handover).
  • Experience leading migration of datasets from legacy systems to target data platforms (e.g. cloud/data lake/warehouse), including data mapping, transformation design, reconciliation, parallel run strategies, and cutover planning to ensure data integrity and minimal business disruption.
  • Familiarity with data management and artificial intelligence applications in a business context.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.

ROLE SUMMARY:

FTSE Russell (LSEG) is transforming how Sustainable Investment (SI) data is gathered, managed, and delivered — building modern platforms that power index and data products used globally.

We’relooking for a hands-on Senior Product Manager to own the end-to-end product lifecycle for our Sustainable Investment data platforms — from onboarding new data sources through to migration, delivery, and ongoing optimisation.

This is a delivery-focused product role , whereyou’lldefine the roadmap, work closely with engineering and operations, and ensure high-quality, reliable data products that meet both client and regulatory expectations.
