Midea UK seeks a Product Manager to own the Sinks, Taps and Water Heaters categories post-acquisition. You will shape a robust product roadmap, collaborate across global factories and local teams, and align with sales, logistics and marketing to drive growth in the UK market.

Reporting to the Head of Product UK, you will set short-, mid- and long-term plans, optimize pricing and promotions, and ensure our offerings stay competitive and profitable while supporting channel strategies and market

Qualifikationen

• Experience in sinks/taps/kitchen fixtures market in UK/EU.
• Experience with OEM/OBM manufacturers.
• Strong commercial knowledge with data analysis of sales, margins & pricing.
• Proven track record in product and promotional category management.
• Ability to understand drivers of category P&L.
• Experience with international factories and matrix organisations.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills; Excel proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Own roadmaps for sinks, taps and water heaters across sub-categories.
• Develop sub-category lineups to meet local market growth targets.
• Manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch with pricing and positioning.
• Collaborate with logistics and finance to ensure accurate costs.
• Negotiate product costs with factories to meet financial targets.
• Use data to inform strategic product decisions and KPIs.
• Support marketing to align content with UK requirements.
• Monitor competitive landscape and identify new opportunities.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Sales and regional teams.
