Job summary

easyJet is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Safety to lead the digital transformation of safety-critical software, shaping the roadmap and aligning with regulatory requirements. The role sits in our Connected and Optimised Flying Mission with executive visibility.

Hybrid working arrangement with two days onsite. You will collaborate with engineers, analysts and delivery partners to reduce risk and improve safety metrics while navigating EASA/UK CAA standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Senior PM in safety-critical tech ecosystems.
• Mastery of Agile product delivery lifecycles.
• Experience with risk, safety, or compliance analytics.
• Familiarity with Safety Management Systems (SMS) and EASA/UK CAA.
• Strong communication with senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Shape strategy: define long-term roadmap for safety platforms.
• Lead agile cross-functional squads of engineers, analysts, and delivery partners.
• Engage executives: advise senior flight safety, ground safety, security, and compliance leaders.
• Deliver value: optimize metrics like safety event response times.
• Ensure compliance with top regulatory bodies.
