Netcompany is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead high-profile digital products and services for UK public sector organisations. You will collaborate across user, technical and business teams to deliver solutions that meet user needs and create measurable impact while contributing to Netcompany’s Centres of Excellence.

Qualifications

• Must mentor and coach team members to deliver outstanding digital products.
• Experience in agile, multi-disciplinary delivery teams and delivering new products as part of large, complex transformation projects.
• Adept at building strong client relationships and working collaboratively across teams and organisations.
• Experience delivering in the UK public sector including working to GDS standards and passing Service Standard Assessments.

Responsibilities

• Build strong stakeholder relationships with clients and act as a key contact in delivery teams.
• Understand user, business needs and wider context to shape delivery.
• Own and develop product strategies and visions.
• Create product roadmaps and prioritise features for development.
• Manage product backlogs including elaboration, prioritisation and acceptance of user stories.
• Capture and track user feedback, benefits realisation and service performance to optimise design.
• Manage supplier performance.
