Methods is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead vision and strategy for multiple digital services delivering public value in the UK. You will coach peers, shape roadmaps, and apply GOV.UK Service Manual principles to ensure user needs guide decisions within a collaborative consultancy environment.

You will partner with senior stakeholders and client teams, translating complex problems into actionable plans and mentoring others to build a strong product culture across projects.

Qualifications

• Experience leading product teams and coaching others in product management
• Strong ability to engage with diverse users and stakeholders to validate vision and strategy
• Ability to translate user and business needs into a clear product roadmap
• Knowledge of GOV.UK Service Manual principles and accessibility considerations
• Commitment to delivering high-quality work and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Owning a vision and strategy for multiple products or a complex product
• Developing a product strategy and artefacts to communicate plans and gain buy-in
• Creating digital services prioritising user needs and business goals
• Gathering and analysing data to inform decisions
• Leading teams through service lifecycle stages following GOV.UK standards
• Participating in the Product Community of Practice
• Coaching product managers to develop their skills and culture
• Supporting recruitment of Product Managers
• Staying updated on product management trends
