Portwest, a leading global PPE and workwear manufacturer, seeks a Senior Product Manager for the Manchester region. You will own a key product range, implement business strategy, and lead a small team to achieve ambitious growth targets.

In this role you will set KPIs, drive profitability, and ensure your range remains competitive through strong market insight and leadership. International travel will be required to engage suppliers and key markets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in apparel or PPE.
• Proven track record owning a product category or regional range.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Responsabilités

• Take full ownership of a product category or regional portfolio lifecycle from concept to delivery.
• Define and execute product strategy to meet growth, margin, and customer value KPIs.
• Drive development of innovative, commercially successful products to strengthen brand positioning and expand market share.
• Lead and develop a small team of Junior/Associate Product Managers.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and report to senior leadership; take corrective actions as needed.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to align category strategy with business objectives.
• Lead competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
• Negotiate with suppliers and partners to maximize profitability and ensure quality and lead times.
• Represent the portfolio across the business and externally.
• Travel internationally as required.
