Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) London is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive monetization growth for PlayStation Plus and related commerce experiences. You will shape how players discover, adopt, and purchase products at global scale.

The role requires strong product leadership, collaboration with data and engineering teams, and experience with subscription platforms in a consumer digital context. This hybrid position offers top-tier benefits and a competitive base pay.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in a consumer-facing digital environment.
• Experience leading cross-functional implementations with partnerships.
• Experience with subscription or membership platforms (gaming, media, entertainment, or consumer apps).
• Track record driving conversion, retention, and monetization strategies.
• Experience partnering with Data and Engineering to deliver reusable capabilities at scale.
• Excellent communication, synthesis, and decision-making across stakeholders.
• Experience in gaming, streaming, e-commerce, or high-scale B2C platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop the product strategy for experiences and capabilities that drive monetization growth.
• Lead ideation, experimentation, development, and delivery of new features with internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive analytics-driven decision making in collaboration with data teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Commercial partners to align on outcomes and metrics.
• Translate business needs into actionable requirements and product briefs.
• Lead cross-functional planning and contribute to lifecycle and personalization strategies.
• Champion test-and-learn with rapid experimentation and measured outcomes.
• Maintain understanding of market trends in gaming, monetization, personalization, and lifecycle management.
