Job summary

Edenred PayTech is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead a domain of product managers and business analysts, transforming compliance platforms and enabling a modern data platform to support UK and European regulatory strategy.

The role is hybrid with Swindon or Paddington (London) offices. Salary ranges from £75,000 to £85,000 plus an Annual Bonus, with opportunities to influence regulatory readiness and data-driven product direction.

Qualifications

• Must be a self-starter who drives new features with the team without micromanagement.
• Prioritise product domain backlogs and deliver on broader strategic goals.
• Design standard functionality with wider business needs in mind.
• Experience working with BAs and Developers in a collaborative way.
• Experience procuring and managing third-party products and services.
• Drive operational process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Familiar with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to carry out data analysis to inform decisions.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Be the business point of contact for the specified compliance sub-domains.
• Work with cross-functional product domain teams to deliver value and outcomes.
• Lead innovation and coordinate with stakeholders, clients and regulators as needed.
• Prioritise the backlog to maximise value while complying with regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to capture business requirements.
• Provide clear, concise reporting on progress and outcomes.
