Edenred PayTech Swindon is seeking a world-class Change & Implementation Manager to lead governance for a high‑volume payments platform. You will drive strategy, build a high‑performing team, and partner with Engineering, Product, Security, and Senior Leadership.

The role focuses on embedding ITIL4 practices, risk controls, and automated delivery while protecting resilience, customer experience, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Change, Release, or Implementation in tech/payments.
• Strong people leadership with high-performing teams.
• Deep ITIL4 knowledge and end-to-end governance.
• Hands-on CI/CD delivery, automation, and testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve Change & Implementation capability across PayTech.
• Define governance standards, risk controls, and automation roadmaps.
• Embed governance into CI/CD pipelines for compliance.
• Report KPIs, PIRs, and risk trends to executives.
