About This Role

This is a pivotal role at the heart of an ambitious, customer-obsessed, world-leading technology company. As a Senior Product Manager, you will build customer-facing recommendation and ranking algorithms within the Customer department.

Your focus will be on the Partner Recommendations product, which includes our homepage ranking and recommendation systems. Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for ranking and recommendation systems.
• Analyze user behavior to identify improvement opportunities through data analysis and experimentation.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineering teams to translate requirements into effective algorithms.
• Lead product discovery, including user research and competitive analysis.

What Will You Bring to the Table?

• Proven experience as a Product Manager focused on data-driven products, especially in ranking, recommendations, search, or personalization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and leverage data science or ML solutions.
• A passion for understanding and influencing user behavior to enhance customer experience through data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including growth and other product teams, engineers, analytics, and data scientists.
• Comfort and proficiency in working with numbers and quantitative data, along with familiarity with data analysis tools.
• Experience in agile development environments and an understanding of Data Science model development.
