Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager in our FlexiPay team.

You will lead our mobile app team and deliver on the agreed customer & business outcomes. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of mobile app development and user experience. You will be responsible for driving the strategic vision, roadmap, development, and success of our mobile app with end to end ownership of the mobile app lifecycle from ideation, launch of features, and ongoing optimisation.

The role

1. Defining and executing the long-term product vision and strategy for our mobile app
2. Prioritising features and functionalities development based on user needs, market trends and business objectives
3. Conducting market research, analysing user feedback, and staying updated on industry trends to identify new product opportunities and enhance existing features
4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, etc.) to define product requirements, user stories, and success criteria whilst ensuring alignment with the product roadmap
5. Leading end-to-end product development lifecycle, including discovery & ideation, development, testing, launch, and post launch monitoring
6. Overseeing the development and maintenance of the mobile app, ensuring high-quality standards and timely delivery
7. Ensuring the security and compliance of the app, addressing potential vulnerabilities and threats whilst optimising for performance and scalability
8. Building strong relationships with stakeholders and communicating effectively across all levels of the organization

What we’re looking for

1. 3-5 years experience as a Product Manager for a B2B product (or similar role)
2. Deep understanding of mobile app development processes, including agile methodologies
3. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise effectively
4. Strong leadership and communication skills
5. Experience with user experience design principles and user research methodologies
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
7. Knowledge of React Native technology preferred but not necessary
