Your key responsibilities
Measurement Product Development
Define and deliver measurement solutions across all stages of the funnel:
Upper funnel: Brand lift, ad recall, sentiment shift
Mid funnel: Digital footfall, site visitation, app engagement
Lower funnel: Sales lift, offline conversions, incrementality
Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to build and optimise models and analytics pipelines.
Third-Party Integrations & Industry Collaboration
Lead integration efforts with industry-standard data and measurement providers such as BARB, AGF, Project Origin, and other JICs or national bodies.
Represent the company in cross-industry working groups and standard-setting initiatives.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Collaborate with commercial, analytics, legal, and engineering collaborators to ensure end-to-end product delivery.
Translate complex measurement concepts into commercially viable solutions and client-ready narratives.
Innovation and Market Understanding
Keep ahead of emerging measurement trends (e.g. attention metrics, probabilistic attribution, synthetic control groups).
Find opportunities to differentiate our measurement offering in a privacy-conscious, post-cookie world.
What we need for this role
To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
Experience in product management, preferably within advertising measurement, analytics, or martech.
Consistent record of delivering data and measurement products from concept to scale.
Proficient in marketing efficiency metrics across the funnel (brand lift, footfall, sales lift).
Experience working with or integrating third-party measurement providers and industry bodies.
Experience in CTV, retail media, or cross-platform measurement environments.
Understanding of data privacy regulations and clean room technologies.
Familiarity with the European media measurement ecosystem, including JICs such as BARB (UK), AGF (Germany), and initiatives like Project Origin.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to engage with collaborators from various levels and backgrounds.
