Job description

As a key member of our Product Management and Insights team, you will lead the optimisation, analysis, and strategic refinement of our live operations across our key titles. This role is central to identifying high impact opportunities and driving measurable improvements in performance, engagement, and monetisation. You’ll be expected to bring a strategic lens, analytical depth, and confident decision-making to help shape the future of our games.

In this mid to senior level position, you will work cross functionally with Production, Analytics, Game Design, and Development teams, acting as a champion for data driven experimentation and continuous improvement. Your ability to interpret trends, spot patterns, and translate data into actionable insights will directly influence game performance and player experience.

We're looking for someone who thrives on solving complex problems (a casual puzzle mindset helps!), has a strong command of statistics and player behaviour analysis, and can confidently present and manage considered ideas and strategic recommendations to a variety of stakeholders.

The Opportunity

  • Drive live operations strategy and performance improvements for key titles, leveraging behavioural data, market insight, and product intuition.
  • Identify and prioritise opportunities to increase retention and monetisation through feature optimisation, in-game events, and A/B testing.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and analysis of live experiments, collaborating closely with analysts to surface key insights and make data-informed decisions.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation and present your findings, hypotheses, and proposals with clarity, confidence, and influence.
  • Shape game roadmaps by identifying trends, gaps, and untapped potential based on deep player and market analysis.

About You

  • Experience in Product Management or Game Operations within mobile games or digital products, ideally in a Free-to-Play model.
  • Strong statistical literacy – comfortable working with large datasets and identifying meaningful patterns, trends, and performance drivers.
  • Casual puzzle game familiarity – either through hands-on experience or deep player understanding.
  • Proficient in experimentation, A/B testing, and iterative optimisation approaches.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills – persuasive, clear communicator who can present strategic viewpoints and can confidently present and consider a variety of input.
  • Outcome-focused and commercially aware, with a passion for delivering value to both the business and the player.
  • Degree in a relevant field (Game Design, Analytics, Business, Engineering, or similar) or equivalent experience.
