Job description

Senior Product Manager – Luxe Division

I am the SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER, responsible for building the brand’s long-term marketing strategy in the UKI, orchestrating its end-to-end execution with the Trade Activation Team and key stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of campaigns. I serve as a storyteller and the voice of the brand DNA across the company.

A Day in the Life
  • Analysis & Diagnostic: Working closely with experts across the company (e.g., Category, RGM, Business Growth Partner, Retail & Education, Activation Team, CRM, CMI, Community Manager) to analyze business performance (sell-out) and customer data to draw insights. Monitor competitor activities to identify best practices.
  • Strategy & Vision: Define marketing strategy, pricing position, customer targeting, and investment choices (in partnership with Finance) to drive brand growth through increased recruitment and loyalty. Support the Marketing Director/Manager in building zone decks and presentations for senior stakeholders. Communicate the strategic vision through storytelling and presentations. Translate strategy into clear briefs for internal stakeholders and agencies. Be the guardian of the Brand DNA and positioning. Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across all communication touchpoints.
  • Execution: Forecast launches accurately to maximize opportunities and minimize SLOBS, in partnership with Demand Planning. Provide guiding principles for forecasting GWP, samples, and coffrets. Manage legal and scientific sign-off of images and copy, maintaining a close relationship with the Sustainability Team. Collaborate with DMI and Zone teams to co-create future campaigns and launches. Work with Advocacy Managers to define messaging hierarchy and USPs. Build retail packs with monthly launch plans in collaboration with the team and NAMs.
