The Role

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of a completely new loyalty proposition. This is your chance to shape a product that goes beyond points and perks - creating seamless, personalised experiences for our customers across all channels, from app to in-store.

You'll take end-to-end ownership of the product: defining the strategy, leading delivery, and working closely with cross-functional teams to make it all happen. What You'll Be Doing

  • Define and lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the new Loyalty Programme
  • Collaborate across UX, engineering, CRM, marketing, design, and data teams to deliver impactful features
  • Shape loyalty mechanics that are personalised, rewarding, and embedded across digital and physical touchpoints
  • Use customer insights, A/B testing, and analytics to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement
  • Align loyalty initiatives with broader commercial, marketing, and customer goals
  • Own a clear, prioritised backlog and ensure delivery aligns with key outcomes like engagement, retention, and frequency

The Person

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years in Product Management, ideally within loyalty, CRM, or digital customer experience
  • Proven ability to deliver products that drive both customer satisfaction and commercial results
  • Experience designing and delivering omnichannel experiences
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
  • Comfortable working hands-on from discovery through to delivery
  • Data-driven mindset with a passion for building engaging, user-centric solutions
