What we’re looking for

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead new product development and expand our value-added services. Our APIs connect our customers to thousands of banks, enabling smoother user journeys, reducing unnecessary payment fees, and aggregating account information to create personalized services. The team is currently working on innovative payment initiatives such as Variable Recurring Payments (VRP) and data enrichment. This role will oversee these initiatives and identify new products and propositions to advance our business.

• Own the vision, strategy, and execution for the Innovation & VAS product portfolio, measured by OKRs/KPIs, with continuous improvements based on customer and market insights.
• Engage with the Open Banking ecosystem—fintechs, banks, regulators, and operators—to build market knowledge, assess opportunities, and develop new products.
• Collaborate with engineering to deliver on strategy, prioritize the product backlog, and manage the entire product lifecycle from discovery to launch.
• Define and monitor product KPIs and team OKRs to measure success and impact.
• Manage prioritization of initiatives, communicate roadmaps to stakeholders and customers.
• Work with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to understand customer needs and incorporate feedback.
• Manage the end-to-end go-to-market process for new APIs, partnering with the Commercial Team during launch and adoption.

• Collaborate with the VP of Product Strategy & Innovation to explore strategic opportunities such as market expansion, AI, and Open Finance.

For your new role

• Possess a product mindset with the ability to develop and execute strategies aligned with company goals.
• Deep understanding of API design and developer experience.
• Experience with products in regulated industries like payments, ID&V, or lending.
• Experience managing products aimed at technical users/developers (APIs, SaaS, PaaS).
• Proven ability to engage with customers to inform product strategy and solve customer problems.
• Self-starter capable of working effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Strong project initiation and completion skills.
• Excellent decision-making and prioritization skills, especially with multiple trade-offs.
• Collaborative team player with a track record of cross-functional initiative.
