Job Description:

As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the charge in delivering cutting-edge products that serve the fund-raising life cycle across various asset classes in the Capital Markets. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Leading a product squad comprised of product designers and engineers to execute our product strategy efficiently.
2. Developing and owning a roadmap to deliver exceptional solutions to our clients.
3. Conducting extensive research to identify customer needs, market trends, and opportunities for new products.
4. Establishing KPIs and OKRs and driving your squad towards their achievement.
5. Conducting in-depth SQL analysis to gain critical client insights across our product offerings.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• Extensive experience in Product Management, with a proven track record of launching B2B products from inception and scaling them.
• Deep knowledge of Capital Markets within Product, with experience in areas like Venture Capital, Asset Management, Banks, Stock Exchanges, or Family Offices.
• Strong product management acumen, analytical skills, and prioritization abilities.
• Technical proficiency, including experience working closely with engineering teams and familiarity with software architecture fundamentals and agile methodologies.
• Strong SQL skills for in-depth data analysis.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a preference for candidates who have worked in the FinTech industry.
