Role Description

This role focuses on managing the adoption and development of the UK Converged product for internal teams and clients across the Havas Creative Network in the UK. It requires knowledge of how data supports creative decision-making, from insight generation to creative development, with a hands-on approach to developing data-first strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Act as the main point of contact for internal teams regarding data-driven thinking using the Converged toolkit.
  2. Be a hands-on data storyteller for clients and pitches.
  3. Educate client teams on data-led media strategies.
  4. Represent Havas as a data and insight expert to key clients.
  5. Collaborate with global teams to define product strategy and roadmap.
  6. Support the evolution of the Converged tool suite to meet client needs.
  7. Train agency staff on tool adoption and build a champions network.
  8. Share best practices with global teams and learn from other markets.
  9. Assist in training non-data literate staff within the agency.
Minimum Requirements
  • Extensive experience in a creative agency setting focused on data or insights.
  • Understanding of how 1st and 3rd party data are used in creative planning.
  • Experience in data storytelling and presentation.
  • Knowledge of modeling techniques and their application for insights.
  • Ability to demonstrate successful data adoption in business contexts.
  • Ability to work with analysts, data consultants, and strategists to meet briefs effectively.
