Job summary

Opencast is seeking a Product Manager to lead product strategy and delivery across multiple sectors, including government, healthcare and purpose-driven clients. You will balance user needs with business goals, guiding features, roadmaps and backlog priorities to deliver services used by millions of UK citizens.

You will work with cross-functional teams in agile environments, running discovery workshops, shaping product visions, and ensuring compliance with GOV.UK service standards and client

Qualifications

• Recent government (public sector) experience and/or experience delivering complex digital services that meet GOV.UK standards.
• Developed product visions, minimum viable products and roadmaps, understanding business problems.
• Communicated objectives, plans and progress to a range of stakeholders.
• Facilitated conversations to align large groups of diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy and delivery, balancing user needs and business goals.
• Define features and manage backlogs to meet client preferences in agile teams.
• Deliver discovery and ideation workshops across diverse stakeholders.
• Ensure work aligns with quality, information security and client policies.
