Job summary

Opencast, a growing UK tech consultancy, is seeking a Product Manager to lead strategy and delivery for government, healthcare and purpose-driven clients. You’ll drive product visions, roadmaps and backlogs, working with design, development and research teams to deliver services used by millions of UK citizens.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders in an agile setting, running discovery workshops and ensuring alignment with client policies and GOV.UK standards.

Qualifications

• Recent government/public sector experience and/or delivering complex digital services meeting GOV.UK standards.
• Developed product visions, minimum viable products and roadmaps, understanding business problems and contexts.
• Communicated objectives, plans and progress to a range of stakeholders.
• Used boundary objects to synthesise diverse perspectives.
• Facilitated conversations to align large groups of stakeholders.
• Cultivated high performing, constructive and trusting team environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy and delivery, balancing user needs and business goals.
• Decide features and manage backlogs to meet client preferences.
• Deliver discovery and ideation workshops across diverse stakeholder groups.
