Senior Product Manager - FX Pricing

Ebury London - 4 days in the office & 1 day working from home

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager to own and drive the product strategy and execution for our pricing domain. This role is critical to our growth and involves collaboration with engineering, sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams. You will identify opportunities to optimize pricing systems, develop new strategies, and ensure our pricing processes are best-in-class.

Responsibilities:
  1. Define and own the product vision and roadmap for the pricing domain: Develop understanding of our business, customers, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for pricing optimization and innovation.
  2. Conduct market research and competitive analysis: Stay informed about industry best practices, competitor pricing strategies, and emerging trends.
  3. Develop and execute pricing experiments: Design and implement A/B tests and other experiments to validate hypotheses and measure impact.
  4. Collaborate with engineering to build and maintain pricing tools and systems: Work closely to define requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
  5. Analyze pricing performance and identify areas for improvement: Monitor key metrics, analyze trends, and develop recommendations for optimization.
  6. Communicate strategies and results to stakeholders: Clearly communicate pricing strategies, results, and recommendations to senior leadership and others.
  7. Manage product backlog and prioritize features based on business value.
  8. Champion a data-driven approach to pricing decisions.
Skills required:
  1. Proven experience in product management within the pricing domain: At least 5 years with a focus on pricing strategy and execution.
  2. Strong analytical and data-driven mindset: Ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and draw insights. Experience with pricing analytics tools.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to convey complex concepts effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
  4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills: Ability to analyze problems, develop solutions, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Experience working in an Agile environment: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cross-functional teamwork.
  6. Industry expertise: Understanding valuation models (e.g., IFRS, GAAP, SONIA, Spot rates, Forward curves). Familiarity with Reuters, Bloomberg, or similar platforms.
