Locations: Manchester M50 3SP, London EC2R 7HJ, Leeds LS5 3BF, Staines TW18 3DZ - flexible, hybrid

Contract: Fixed Term 6 months

Hours: Full Time (37.5 hours per week)

Salary: £66,200 - £82,700 pro rata, depending on experience

Role Responsibilities:

• Identify, deliver, and exploit synergies with Bupa Dental Centres (BDC) to drive customer volume and revenue.
• Manage the P&L of the dental portfolio, ensuring value for customers and the business.
• Define strategy and deliver product & process changes across the customer journey to improve experience, drive volumes, and meet P&L targets.
• Leverage expertise on product, market, and competitor performance to manage and develop products in the UK marketplace.
• Drive business readiness plans for wider Bupa changes.

Your Profile:

• Impressive Product Management experience within Financial Services.
• Proven track record in delivering change programmes/projects in a multi-functional environment.
• Experience in process improvement management.
• Skilled in implementing people and process change, digital solutions, and collaborating with partners.
• Excellent relationship management skills with third-party suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Credibility and confidence to influence decisions at all levels.
• Ability to apply market knowledge and insights for developing customer propositions.
• Strategic decision-making skills and understanding of the UK Dental markets.
• Knowledge of ICOBs, PRIN, FCA complaint handling, T&C principles, and FOS rules.
• Ability to manage budgets effectively.
