Exciting new role - Senior Product Manager / Team Lead, managing a team of 4 Product Managers. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer.

5-year-old Fintech Blockchain platform, with offices in the UK and Dubai, led by a highly experienced founding leadership team from major finance firms and backed by leading VCs.

As the Senior Product Manager, you will be a key leader in driving product innovation. Operating at the forefront of product management, you will lead and mentor the product team. You will work closely with engineering, data, and commercial teams to deliver high-impact features.

Responsibilities include:

• Owning and driving the implementation of the product team's roadmap
• Leading and mentoring product management teams
• Leading the full product lifecycle — discovery, delivery, launch, and optimisation
• Creating new Mobile, API products, features, and platforms
• Working with engineers and C Suite executives
• Developing and executing product strategies
• Optimizing workflows
• Conducting market and user research
• Defining product requirements and priorities
• Monitoring and analysing KPIs and metrics
• Serving as a product evangelist
