Role Overview:

As a Senior Product Manager in the Disruption, Optimisation & Recovery team, you will be responsible for leading the strategy, development, and delivery of products that directly impact millions of passengers and frontline staff across Europe. This role involves working closely with the Head of Product to set the long-term vision, define strategic priorities, and guide multiple cross-functional teams to ensure product decisions are grounded in customer insight, operational efficiency, and commercial value.

What will you do
  • Define and own the long-term vision and strategic roadmap for the Disruption, Optimisation & Recovery product area.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the business and with external partners.
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and definition to delivery and optimisation.
  • Provide day-to-day leadership to a multidisciplinary squad, ensuring alignment across business SMEs, Technology, Data, Analytics, and external partners.
  • Translate complex business challenges into clear, prioritised product backlogs and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Ensure all product development adheres to legal, regulatory, and operational standards.
Requirements of the Role

Who we are looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager or equivalent in a complex, multi-stakeholder operational, digital or technology environment.
  • Strong track record of delivering digital or technology products that drive measurable business value.
  • Deep understanding of agile methodologies and experience leading cross-functional delivery teams.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Skilled in balancing long-term strategic thinking with hands-on product delivery.
  • Experience working with data and analytics to define problems, inform product decisions and measure success.
  • Significant experience in leading teams to build and configure products using Python and optimisation products like Gurobi.
