The Role

This is a hands-on Product Manager role focused on network synchronisation and emulation solutions. You\'ll take ownership of product strategy, roadmap planning, and go-to-market activity for a core product line, working closely with engineering, marketing, and customer stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch and iteration
• Gather and prioritise requirements through customer engagement and market research
• Define and manage product roadmaps and backlogs in collaboration with engineering
• Support go-to-market planning and product positioning activities
• Represent the customer voice and contribute to long-term product strategy

Team & Structure

• Reporting to the Head of Product
• Part of a small, high-performing product team
• Works closely with engineering and application specialists in a cross-functional setup
• Opportunity to lead a strategic product area within the telecoms and datacoms space

Ideal Background

• 5+ years' experience in Product Management
• Strong understanding of telecoms/datacoms technologies, such as:
• Synchronisation
• Datacentre architectures / networking protocols
• Background in network testing, measurement, or emulation advantageous
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
