This role will be responsible for the Reporting and Analytics capabilities, aiming to remove friction for Merchants to make data informed decisions. The successful candidate will provide cross-functional leadership across product, engineering, and business teams, to enable our merchants to consume relevant data at the right time through the desired format, integrations and granularity. They will establish a robust foundation and drive 0-1 product launches while scaling already loved and successful products. Hybrid Working Model: All of our offices globally are onsite 3 times per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). We’ve worked towards enabling teams to work collaboratively in the same space, while also being able to partner with colleagues globally. During your days at the office, we offer amazing snacks, breakfast, and lunch options in all of our locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop the long-term strategy for our Data Connectivity suite of products and drive the execution prioritization to make that vision a reality.
  2. Be the Merchant advocate in all product decisions.
  3. Develop data-driven strategic plan and execute product implementation to advance the functionalities and coverage of Checkout.com’s Dashboard and Data Integration products.
  4. Provide domain expertise around front end experiences and implementations to serve business and customer needs.
  5. Build strong partnerships with business, product, and technology stakeholders and work with them for their buy-in and collaboration to generate momentum for your products.
  6. Work with other product and engineering leaders to ensure alignment with their roadmaps and delivery.
  7. Gain a deep understanding of Checkout.com’s customers and business.
  8. Foster a team culture that upholds Checkout.com’s operating principles.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. 5-7 years of product management experience.
  2. Experience working in Data Platform products, UI driven B2B products.
  3. Candidate must have Payments Domain knowledge.
  4. Data-driven: Skilled at leveraging data and business insights to determine strategic priorities and drive the product roadmap and execution.
  5. Customer-first: Think from the customer's perspective and can balance future opportunities with immediate needs.
  6. End-to-end mindset: Think in a structured and diligent manner, understanding all key components necessary to drive the ongoing success of a product.
  7. Leadership: Excellent at collaborating with stakeholders in product, engineering, commercial, and business teams proactively, demonstrating high EQ and influencing skills.
  8. Effective communicator: Able to inspire others with a shared vision and simplify complex concepts for a wide range of audiences.

Apply Without Meeting All Requirements Statement:

If you don't meet all the requirements but think you might still be right for the role, please apply anyway. We're always keen to speak to people who connect with our mission and values.
