We’re looking for a Salesforce-focused Product Manager to take ownership of key integrations.
What You'll Do:
Own and shape the Salesforce integration strategy within the CCaaS product suite
Engage directly with customers to understand needs and bring features to life
Work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success
Stay close to the Salesforce roadmap to unlock opportunities for innovation
Help define go-to-market strategy, pricing, and positioning
What You Bring:
Strong experience with Salesforce Service & Sales Cloud
Familiarity with OmniFlows, Apex, APIs, packaging & AppExchange
Background in contact center tech (ideally Service Cloud)
5+ years in product management or similar in a Salesforce environment
Agile mindset and a track record of launching successful products
