Join a global leader in cloud communications, helping businesses accelerate digital transformation through unified communications, contact centre solutions, and programmable APIs.

We’re looking for a Salesforce-focused Product Manager to take ownership of key integrations.

What You'll Do:

  1. Own and shape the Salesforce integration strategy within the CCaaS product suite
  2. Engage directly with customers to understand needs and bring features to life
  3. Work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success
  4. Stay close to the Salesforce roadmap to unlock opportunities for innovation
  5. Help define go-to-market strategy, pricing, and positioning

What You Bring:

  1. Strong experience with Salesforce Service & Sales Cloud
  2. Familiarity with OmniFlows, Apex, APIs, packaging & AppExchange
  3. Background in contact center tech (ideally Service Cloud)
  4. 5+ years in product management or similar in a Salesforce environment
  5. Agile mindset and a track record of launching successful products

Nice to Have:

  1. SaaS / CCaaS experience
  2. Exposure to WFM, knowledge management, or AI/LLMs
