Job description

We're looking for a product visionary to join our Consumer Team as a Senior Product Manager. This is a hybrid role with a requirement to come into our Nottingham office 2 days a week.

Reporting into the Head of Product, you will create and deliver enhanced product capabilities and process improvements in how our digital product suite connect and communicate with one another to create world class experiences for our consumers.

Collaborating with the technology, design teams and product teams, you'll achieve this through discovery, innovation and development of great technology and engaging user experiences. As a senior member of the product team, you'll share ideas with the senior leaders to drive engagement and gain support.

What you'll do:

  • Help create the product strategy by working with cross functional team and senior leaders
  • Define near and long-term road maps, associated goals, objectives and key results
  • Build an understanding of user and market insight and facilitate user research/testing as part of validating ideas and identifying user problems to solve
  • Work with the team to deliver prototypes and early experimentation and balance core product feature development and capability improvement with new innovation
  • Partner with product, tech and experience design teams to identify and deliver impactful user and business outcomes
  • Understand and drive performance against both commercial and non-commercial KPIs

Experience and Skills

  • Consumer product management experience and customer journey experience including A/B optimisation and feature experimentation testing with an Agile environment
  • Product passion and obsession for product performance metrics and feedback, truly understanding customer needs
  • Technical acumen
  • Experience growing demand and engagement in your given product
  • Run or participate in design sprints
  • An analytical approach and able to use innovative thinking
  • To like working in a team and have a positive and collaborative mindset
  • Ability to synthesis data insights and customer research
