Job summary

MRJ Recruitment Limited in the Greater London area seeks an exceptional Director of Product to lead a new generation of intelligent digital experiences for a leading B2C marketplace with 2m+ monthly visitors. You will partner with the exec team to shape how AI, automation, personalisation and recommendations sit at the heart of the product.

Qualifications

• Proven zero-to-one product experience in a B2C context.
• Experience launching and scaling digital propositions for ecommerce/marketplace environments.
• Strong ability to partner with executive stakeholders across Product, Tech, Data and Commercial.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision and strategy for a new suite of intelligent digital experiences.
• Lead products from concept → discovery → MVP → launch and scale.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data, AI and Commercial teams on AI-powered journeys and recommendations.
• Align senior stakeholders around customer and business outcomes.
• Translate opportunities in AI, automation and personalisation into tangible products.
