Amazon Freight (AF) - Amazon's external facing Freight service is hiring a Senior Product Manager to manage our Planning Products for our Full truckload (FTL) business in Europe. You will be responsible for scoping and developing new products to reduce costs and enhance customer experience, gathering external and internal customer needs, and proposing business cases to drive profitable growth. You will take a pivotal role in contributing to our business growth in EU.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Fully learn and understand planning systems and architecture to identify opportunities to optimize loads' costs
• Develop Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) to frame business problem and required tech solution
• Understanding external and internal customer needs and designing a solution to deliver value to them
• Piloting and scaling new products, delivering high quality launches and long term value for the business
• Plan and assess P&L impact from launches and managing actual improvements into it

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience as a product manager or owner
• Experience owning technology products
• Experience with product cycles of 6+ months
• Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology
• Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
• Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
