Job summary

WGSN in London is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape digital, data and AI-enabled products that turn WGSN's expertise into indispensable tools for clients. You will own strategy, discovery and delivery across cross-functional teams, delivering measurable client and business value.

You will turn client problems into outcomes, lead discovery with stakeholders, and build data-driven products with engineering, design and commercial partners to drive adoption and revenue.

Qualifications

• Strong product management experience spanning strategy, discovery and delivery of products.
• Track record building B2B and B2C digital products; SaaS, data-enabled or workflow products.
• Evidence of solving client problems with clear strategy, roadmap and delivery plan.
• Excellent discovery skills using qualitative insight, behavioural data and commercial evidence.
• Ability to work credibly with engineering, data and design teams on technical products.
• Commercial understanding: linking product choices to adoption, retention and revenue.
• Clear, concise communication and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy and roadmap for a high-impact product area.
• Prioritise using client evidence, product data, value, fit and effort.
• Define success metrics and manage product performance post-launch.
• Lead continuous discovery through client interviews, workflow observation and prototype testing.
• Represent client perspective while balancing user value and technical feasibility.
• Turn complex content and data into intuitive product experiences with data dependencies and quality standards.
• Lead a cross-functional team through discovery, definition, delivery and iteration.
