Job summary

Broker Insights is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own problem areas and drive long-term strategy and P&L growth across broker and insurer platforms. You will define direction, sequence sprints, and be accountable for commercial outcomes, with a strong emphasis on AI, data analytics, and stakeholder collaboration.

The role combines remote and hybrid work, with a close partnership to the Product Lead and executive teams.

Qualifications

5+ years in product management, including senior level owning strategy and roadmap for a significant area, with accountability for a commercial number.
Deep experience managing data products, with a strong background in AI, machine learning and analytics.
Proven track record shipping B2B SaaS features that customers actually adopt with measurable outcomes.
Strong data literacy and ability to work with data engineers and data scientists.
Excellent stakeholder management across data science, engineering, commercial and exec.

Responsibilities

Own the strategy and roadmap for assigned problem areas, defend trade-offs to execs and customers.
Set multi-quarter views for each area and sequence sprints to achieve goals.
Lead sprint work end-to-end with engineering, data science and commercial teams.
Translate data collection into visualisation and actionable insights for users.
Maintain high standards for data quality, accuracy and explainability of AI features.
