About the Role

We are looking for a curious, hands-on Senior Product Manager with a passion for AI and experimentation to join our Product & Delivery team and our growing AI Labs team.

Our AI Labs help clients stay ahead in a rapidly evolving landscape while showcasing our distinctive ability at Transform to combine technical expertise with business context. They give our clients a safe space to experiment with AI, building and testing working prototypes, and learn how AI can help solve their most pressing challenges.

You'll be at the heart of this as the embedded PM for our AI Labs, working as part of a multidisciplinary Lab teams (data scientists, engineers, designers, researchers) to rapidly move from problem to tested concept and ensure each Lab delivers the right value.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering value by combining user needs, business needs and technology
• Working side-by-side with data scientists and engineers to turn AI capabilities into tangible prototypes
• Operating mainly in the 0-1 product space and supporting colleagues and clients to do the same
• Acting as the voice of the user and business, ensuring outputs are not just technically feasible but genuinely valuable
• Leading discovery with client stakeholders to frame problems, define hypotheses, and identify success measures
• Caring about metrics, demonstrating success and making decisions with data
• Helping clients make hard decisions through prioritisation, analysis and clear communication
• Contributing to Labs as a growth lever by highlighting opportunities for follow-on work and strengthening client relationships
• Capturing insights and outcomes from Labs and internal projects, packaging them into case studies, frameworks, and repeatable playbooks

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Comfortable working with AI/ML or emerging technologies - not as a builder but as someone who can credibly engage with technical experts and experiment with tools
• Experience taking products through most stages of the product lifecycle and driven an AI product or feature through the 0-1 stage and iterated on it based on learnings
• Ability to share how you've created demonstratable value for organisations and users / customers, especially where AI related
• Confident using data to make decisions and evolve products
• Strong communication and consulting skills, working with senior stakeholders to ensure we are meeting their objectives and making often complex decisions or concepts simple to understand

What Success Looks Like

• AI Labs delivered with high client satisfaction and strong senior stakeholder engagement
• Prototypes and insights adopted by client teams to inform next steps or strategic decisions
• Internal AI use cases successfully piloted and embedded into team workflows
• Case studies, playbooks, and frameworks actively reused to win new Labs and client opportunities
