Join the EU Creators team, which manages Amazon Affiliation programs in Europe. This role focuses on unmanaged creator compensation and the overall unmanaged creator program, offering P&L ownership, significant business impact, and leadership exposure.

Key job responsibilities

• Lead the unmanaged Creators segment, defining strategy, financial planning, and product/marketing roadmaps to drive profitable growth.
• Report on financial performance and initiative progress during reviews.
• Own unmanaged creators compensation, including Amazon affiliate rate cards in EU9 and additional incentives.
• Manage product initiatives for unmanaged creators, such as sign-up flow improvements and rewards systems.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives to increase sign-ups, engagement, and tool adoption, ensuring impact measurement and data-driven prioritization.

About the team

The Amazon affiliate programs (Amazon Associates and Influencers) are key channels for customer acquisition, product discovery, and loyalty. They enable content creators to monetize their content by driving traffic to Amazon stores.

Basic Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent
• Experience in roadmap strategy and product/program management
• Experience influencing senior leadership with data insights
• Experience with feature delivery and technology products
• Intermediate/advanced SQL skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working across teams and with senior stakeholders
• Background in affiliate or digital marketing
