Senior Product Manager – Consumer Finance (12-Month FTC)

? Hybrid - monthly travel to their sites (UK-wide)

? £90K base + 10% performance-based bonus

Few&Far are hiring a Senior Product Manager to join a high-performing Product team at a fast-growing UK consumer finance scale-up, backed by strong funding and ambitious growth plans. This is a maternity cover contract role, offering autonomy, ownership and impact across critical product areas.

What you’ll be working on:

• Improving customer acquisition, broker integrations and internal operations across 3 main areas:
• Credit Risk – working closely with the pricing and underwriting teams on commission and credit model updates
• Intermediary/Broker API Integrations – enhancing how we connect with dealerships and third-party brokers through scalable partner tools and lead-gen processes
• Operations – supporting the automation of underwriting and payout workflows

The role includes:

• Ownership of the roadmap, strategy and delivery across your product area
• Leading 2–3 direct reports (with support from the Product Director)
• Running Agile ceremonies and working closely with Engineering, Data, Ops and Compliance
• Building strong relationships with key intermediaries and partners, with regular site visits - London/Oxford/Manchester (travel expenses covered)

• Strong experience in UK consumer finance
• Background in B2B2C product environments, with exposure to intermediary-led acquisition
• Line management or mentorship
• Comfortable navigating regulated domains and working across commercial, tech and ops teams
• A hands-on operator who thrives in a delivery-focused, fast-paced environment
