Senior Product Manager – Institutional Lending Protocol – USA/Europe (Remote)

Plexus are working with the current industry-leaders in on-chain Institutional Lending + Blockchain Capital markets. With 10-figure totals in terms of loans issued and a high-level remote-first team across the USA and Europe, they are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager to sit between executive leadership and IC level.

Responsibilities

Expand the product roadmap, prioritizing and delivering both new initiatives and enhancements to existing features.
Design exceptional user experiences for a wide range of users—from individuals to large institutions—through discovery, prototyping, and iterative development.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and design teams to build and scale user-centric solutions.

Requirements

5+ years of hands-on experience in product management roles, with at least 1 year of experience in an early-stage or growth-phase startup environment.
Understanding of blockchain fundamentals, including smart contracts, major protocol ecosystems, and EVM-compatible networks.
Knowledge of lending and borrowing concepts in the financial sector, gained through formal education or relevant work experience.
