As Senior Product Manager, reporting into the VP, Product and based in London, you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of several key technical products within Liberty Blume’s portfolio, including one of our new solutions which is looking to revolutionise the management of e-waste. Your role will involve close collaboration with internal and external technology teams, design, marketing, and operations to deliver impactful, customer-centric solutions.

What will you be doing?

  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap, considering market trends, competitor analysis, and customer feedback.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and innovation by continuously monitoring the competitive landscape and industry developments.
  • Translate business and customer requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external technology teams to ensure timely and cost-effective development and delivery.
  • Integrate customer insights into product development to ensure products meet and exceed user expectations.
  • Lead product discovery efforts, including conducting user research, interviews, and usability testing.
  • Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, messaging, and launch plans.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform future improvements.
  • Continuously gather feedback and performance data to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.

We tend to look for people with:

  • Proven experience managing the full product lifecycle, from ideation to delivery and optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across functions (e.g., engineering, marketing, design).
  • Experience working with agile development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of market research, user research, and design thinking methodologies.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
  • Familiarity with tools for product management, analytics, and collaboration (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
