Job description

This is a new senior role in our Diamond Poker Product team. The position will be critical to building, scaling and managing new assets for our business in the multi-brand, multi-license, multi-vertical and multi-channel world we play.

As a Senior Product Manager, you'll be building cross business products for our partner brands, setting and leading the Product roadmap to create value for many of the biggest local market gaming brands in the world.

As a key individual contributor, you will be part of a leadership team on specific programmes, working with the local verticals to analyse the right solutions, seeking clarity on key decisions points and ensuring the business makes the globally correct decision over any local vertical interest.

Your role will include understanding the customer, business and regulatory needs for each market and partner brand, synthesising and prioritising these into a global roadmap for our Products.

You will help establish roll out plans for our Flutter Assets, working with Partners and the Internal team to create and maintain a strong Value Proposition for the assets to build a pipeline of engaged and interested Partners.

You'll work with the team to establish future roadmap for the Diamond product, based on evolving business, partner, technological and user trends.

What you’ll do:

1. Strategic Leadership: Build and maintain the product vision and strategy for the Diamond Poker asset across Flutter.
2. Stakeholder Communication: Engage and actively communicate with the senior groups of internal program stakeholders and brand partners, ensuring alignment and driving product decisions including a prioritised backlog of capabilities, outcomes and high-level requirements.
3. Market Analysis: Continuously analyse iGaming market trends, customer feedback, and competitor products to identify opportunities and threats.
4. Define Success: Define and own the success metrics against product KRs, the Vision, Mission, Outcomes for the programme.
5. Progress Tracking: Provide internal and external stakeholders with the appropriate updates on progress, vision and product roadmap. Continue to refine product vision based on feedback from customers, internal teams and brand partners.

What you’ll bring:

1. Strong experience in product management within and/or outside the industry.
2. Experience setting a Product vision and Value Proposition, leading and driving the roadmap to continually advance and strengthen the value proposition.
3. Experience of scaling products, identifying, engaging Customers/Partners to build a roll out pipeline based on a strong value proposition.
4. Knowledge of global Poker regulations to help guide the development of our Poker asset.
5. Energy and enthusiasm for product that motivates and inspires people to deliver the best customer experiences.
6. Exceptional communication skills both with the product team and key business stakeholders.
7. Agile experience.
8. Creativity as a problem solver.
9. Naturally collaborative with a strong commitment to encouraging cross-functional problem solving and decision making to realise outcomes and build trust.
10. An analytical and inquisitive mind-set with the ability to analyse complex problems, determine solutions, and produce tangible outcomes.
11. Ability to maintain a balance between short-term delivery and longer-term strategy.
12. Highly organised and self-motivated, with a demonstrable history of ownership, responsibility and accountability.
13. A flexible and pragmatic outlook to cope with changing plans and priorities, with a strong focus on delivery, and a desire to overcome challenges and see a job through to conclusion.
14. Excellent networking, communication and influencing skills, comfortable operating at all levels of an organisation.
15. Experience working in virtual teams with virtual product and development squads a plus.
