Senior Product Manager – Payments

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our clients' Payments team and take ownership of their card products, leading its strategic direction, development, and ongoing optimization. This is an exciting opportunity to drive innovation in SME lending, delivering seamless financial solutions tailored to the needs of small businesses.

About the Role

In this role, you will lead the development and expansion of a cashback credit card designed to support SMEs across the UK. You will take full ownership of the product lifecycle, from ideation and feature development to post-launch performance analysis. This includes managing third-party integrations, improving user experience, and ensuring the product meets both customer and business objectives.

Your work will directly impact the growth of the product, shaping how SMEs manage their spending, access credit, and scale their businesses efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy for business cards, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
• Lead end-to-end product development, from discovery and ideation to launch and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, compliance) to drive feature development and innovation.
• Analyze data and user insights to guide product decisions, optimize features, and enhance customer engagement.
• Monitor key metrics and performance indicators, making data-driven decisions to drive growth and adoption.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory requirements, using insights to refine the product offering.
• Work closely with third-party providers and payment networks to enhance the card product's capabilities.
• Act as the primary advocate for the customer, ensuring an intuitive and seamless card experience.
