Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and refine the product strategy and roadmap for EarlyPay, aligning with commercial objectives. Balance immediate delivery with long-term vision to foster growth. Collaborate with engineering and design teams to translate ideas into impactful features.
• Customer & Market Discovery: Conduct user interviews, surveys, and focus groups to understand customer needs. Monitor competitors and market trends to inform product direction. Validate opportunities through research and feedback.
• Data & Insight-Driven Decision Making: Use analytics to track performance, inform prioritization, and optimize outcomes. Foster a culture of continuous learning and iteration.
• AI & Innovation: Stay updated on emerging AI technologies to enhance workflows and product features. Explore AI integration to improve user experience and competitive edge.
