Why We Are Hiring:

As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our product development process —balancing deep customer empathy with strategic thinking and commercial awareness.

You’ll lead initiatives end-to-end, from discovery through delivery, working closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Support to bring high-impact ideas to life. Whether solving real user problems or identifying opportunities to drive business value, you’ll ensure every feature we deliver contributes meaningfully to both customer outcomes and commercial success.

Strong product fundamentals are essential—vision alignment, prioritisation, refinement and estimation, agile ways of working, and a proven ability to collaborate across teams to deliver value. We’re looking for someone who gets excited about connecting product strategy to business growth, and who’s confident working across all levels of the organisation—from frontline teams to executive leadership— to uncover the challenges worth solving and align your product vision with broader company objectives.

You’ll combine qualitative insights and quantitative data to validate opportunities, shape roadmaps, guide product decisions, and tell compelling stories about product value, impact, and performance. You’ll define and own key success metrics—KPIs and OKRs—and clearly demonstrate how product initiatives influence adoption, drive retention, and support revenuegrowth. Experience with Product-Led Growth (PLG) and Product-Led Sales (PLS) is a plus, especially if you’ve worked on initiatives that improved trial conversion, monetised features, or expanded existing accounts.

What We Are Looking For:

• Strategic thinking and vision setting – Skilled defining a clear product vision and long-term strategy aligned with business objectives, and to translate that vision into a prioritised roadmap with measurable outcomes.
• Product-Led Growth expertise – Experience driving growth through product usage, with a solid understanding of user activation, engagement, retention, and monetisation strategies rooted in the product experience.
• Customer-centric approach – Deep experience in understanding user needs through research, interviews, and behavioural data, and using these insights to design intuitive, valuable products that solve meaningful problems.
• Data-informed decision-making – Proficient in leveraging both qualitative insights and quantitative data (e.g. analytics, experiments, customer feedback) to inform priorities, validate decisions, and measure success.
• Strong prioritisation and execution focus – Well versed in managing trade-offs, aligning teams around priorities, and ensuring the product roadmap focuses on what will deliver the most impact.
• Cross-functional team leadership – Skilled at bringing together stakeholders across engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support to align on goals, drive collaboration, and deliver strong product outcomes.
• Go-to-market planning and delivery – Exposure to working with commercial and marketing teams to craft and execute go-to-market strategies that support product launches and drive customer adoption.
• Exceptional communication skills – Strong communicator, able to translate complex concepts and decisions into clear messaging tailored to different audiences, from developers to leadership level.
• Technical fluency and collaboration – Comfortable engaging in technical discussions, understanding system architecture and constraints, and advocating for pragmatic solutions that align with business goals.
• Mentorship and team development – Committed to fostering the growth of others through mentoring, coaching, and knowledge sharing, while actively contributing to a high-performing product culture.

Our UK/ROI employees receive an initial 25-day annual leave allowance (which rises to 26 after 6-months & to 27 after 2 years), plus 10 bank holidays (In line with NI Bank holiday entitlement).
