About the Role

Now we are looking for a Senior Product Manager.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Developing brand strategy, promotional campaigns, and tactical plans within marketing budgets.
2. Preparing content for Integrated Brand Teams and Launch Teams. Monitoring product performance and external environment, taking corrective actions to meet business objectives.
3. Conducting market research programs and market insights for the responsible brand, monitoring and anticipating market development.
4. Executing, monitoring, and analyzing tactical plans to ensure brand growth.
5. Leading the cross-functional local/regional brand team, coordinating the Integrated Product Strategy Plan, and monitoring the execution of objectives.
6. Developing promotional activities in line with SOPs and Code of Conduct guidelines. Monitoring and controlling brand budgets, forecasts, expenses, and evaluating marketing mix for cost-effectiveness and results.

Qualifications and Experience

• Higher education in marketing preferred.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in marketing.
• Experience in Operations Management, Execution, Project Management, and Launches preferred.
• Cross-cultural experience preferred.
• Ability to think quickly, switch tasks efficiently, and adapt to diverse product strategies.
