At MotoNovo Finance, we’re reshaping what’s possible in the Motor Finance space. We’re looking for a strategic and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead and optimise our evolving product suite. This is a key role in shaping the future of our Motor Finance offering, creating value for customers, the business, and our wider stakeholder community.

Reporting directly to the Head of Motor Product & Propositions, you’ll have full end-to-end ownership of your assigned product lines — from shaping the vision to delivering results. You’ll also lead a small team of Product Specialists, championing best practice, regulatory compliance, and innovation across the product lifecycle.

What will your day look like?

No two days are the same, but here’s a flavour of what you can expect:

  • Managing and optimising your product line(s) from design to enhancement, closure and everything in between
  • Developing insight-led product roadmaps that balance customer needs with commercial goals
  • Collaborating with colleagues across Strategy, Risk, Marketing, Credit and Operations
  • Leading product governance activities, embedding robust controls and compliance
  • Using customer feedback and data to improve journeys and outcomes
  • Preparing clear business cases and documentation to support change
  • Monitoring and reporting on product performance, including commercial value and supplier delivery
  • Coaching and mentoring Product Specialists, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning
  • Influencing senior stakeholders using your knowledge of market trends and industry developments
  • Driving innovation and identifying opportunities for strategic and operational improvement

What we expect from you

We’re looking for someone with a strong track record of product leadership in complex, regulated environments. You’ll be comfortable managing ambiguity, driving change, and influencing at all levels.

You’ll also bring:

  • Experience delivering change through cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to turn data into strategic insight
  • Confidence in solving complex challenges and balancing multiple priorities
  • A passion for great customer outcomes and building long-term value
  • Clear, inclusive communication skills across a variety of formats
  • A team-first mindset and enthusiasm for developing and supporting others
  • The ability to plan and manage performance — both your own and the team’s
  • Familiarity with the Motor Finance industry and associated regulation (desirable, not essential)
  • A results-driven approach, consistently delivering to time, quality and budget
